Why I Am Supporting Ron Paul in 2012

On last week's FTMWeekly radio show, I announced that I would be supporting the Presidential candidacy of Rep. Ron Paul. Today, I want to list three reasons why I have chosen to support his candidacy. In the coming days and weeks, I will go into even more reasons why I am supporting Ron Paul. We begin with a look at Ron Paul's faith and foreign policy.

1. He Is a Born Again Christian

“I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, and I endeavor every day to follow Him in all I do and in every position I advocate.” (Taken from Ron Paul's Statement of Faith section on his campaign website.)
Ron Paul is a born-again Christian believer. While that point is extremely important to me as fellow Christian, I greatly appreciate Ron Paul's long standing refusal to use his faith for political gain. Most Christian voters today are easily manipulated into voting for candidates who profess the Christian faith openly. Often, the actions of these candidates betray their "faith." On this point, I should add that my support for Paul due to his faith is not rooted in my desire for a theocracy. Far from it! I want government out of our lives, out of our bedrooms, and out of our churches, as does Ron Paul.

2. His Consistent Support for Israel and Its Self-Determination

It may comes as a surprise to you to learn that Ron Paul is the most pro-Israel Presidential candidate today. Paul's stance on Israel has often been misunderstood in the mainstream press and he is often accused of even being "anti-Israel" due to his stance on cutting foreign aid. In essence, foreign aid is taking money from American taxpayers and giving it to bloated bureaucrats in foreign lands. Those who spread this disinformation fail to realize that by cutting all foreign aid dollars, Paul seeks to help Israel. How?

Did you know that Washington currently provides seven times more in foreign aid to Israel's sworn enemies than it does to Israel itself?

In fact, two-thirds of U.S. foreign aid dollars that will be handed out in 2012 will be given outright to Muslim nations.

If you are really a fan of Israel, you should ask yourself: "Why do those politicians who claim to be "pro-Israel" continue to give seven times more money to her enemies each and every year?"

The truth is, if all foreign aid money handouts were cut, Israel would be a net beneficiary!

Paul also rightly recognizes that by providing foreign aid to Israel, we are making them dependent upon us. Foreign aid creates an entitlement mentality within the recipient country. But even worse, this economic dependency has also allowed American politicians to interfere with Israel's right to self-determination. On a consistent basis, "Christian and pro-Israel" administrations have supported Israel's enemies with foreign aid while not allowing Israel to defend her own territory from those same enemies when necessary.

For example, in 1981, when Israel attacked a nuclear reactor in Iraq, the U.S. Congress widely condemned Israel's actions. Not Ron Paul. He was one of the few Congressmen that dissented, claiming that America did not have the right to tell Israel, a sovereign nation, what to do when it came to their national defense.

So, if you consider yourself a friend of Israel, you should ask yourself: "Why should I vote for "Christian and pro-Israel" candidates that ultimately prevent Israel from protecting herself?"

Do you believe that Israel should be required to gain permission from the United States in order to defend her own territory?

And do you support the United States funding Israel's enemies with seven times more foreign aid dollars on an annual basis?

I do not.

Instead, I agree with Ron Paul that Israel has a God-given right to self-determination.

Israel has hundreds of nuclear weapons. Israel has the strongest military and the most prosperous economy in the region. By allowing Israel to function autonomously without our consistent political intervention, and our attempts to create a Jewish welfare state dependent upon our own bankrupt nation, we can become an even better friend of the Jewish state.

Israel should be allowed to defend herself as she deems necessary.

Israel should be loosed and freed to make her own political decisions apart from the schizophrenic intrusions by the United States.

3. His Call for an End to "Unjust" and "Undeclared" Pre-emptive Military Actions

There is a difference between being against war and being against "unjust" wars. Ron Paul is often accused of being anti-war.

This is completely wrong.

The man is a veteran of the United States military and has consistently received more campaign donations from military workers than all the other Republican Presidential candidates… combined. As a strict Constitutionalist, and a Christian, Ron Paul believes that war is at times necessary, but should only be used as a last resort.

I could not agree more.

War is an unfortunate side effect of mankind's fallen nature. Throughout the ages, those who have considered themselves to be Christian believers have struggled with the question of whether war can ever be justified morally. In the past, some Christians have turned to absolute pacifism, refusing to take up arms against their aggressors. Other Christians in the past have violently tortured and killed unbelievers in the name of God in a misguided effort to "cleanse" the world of sinners.

Due to the sheer necessity of war at certain times, Christians eventually developed a way of dealing with the question of when to support military action with the adoption of the Just War theory. In essence, in order for a Christian to support a war, the cause must be just, all peaceful alternatives should have been exhausted, and can only be fought to redress a wrong suffered. This is just a sampling of the criteria which can be read here.

Given these strict guidelines, you can easily understand the confusion that can surround "pre-emptive" military strikes, in which the United States takes up military action against another nation simply because it believes that it has a "just cause." This type of war has made up the majority of U.S.-led wars over the last several decades. To further complicate matters, war has long been viewed as a tremendously profitable venture by the less scrupulous individuals on this planet (i.e. central bankers.)

So ask yourself: "Have the recent U.S.-led wars been considered "just" according to the Just War Theory?"

Also: "Do you believe that the massive war profits made by the global elitists may have caused them to heavily promote military action as the only "solution" as often as possible?"

And if you consider yourself a Christian, ask yourself: "Since when does a Biblical definition of supporting and praying for the peace of Israel require America to pre-emptively strike nations without just cause?"

Also: "How exactly does a 'Christian' believer find theological support for a pre-emptive military strike when it is a clear violation of the 'just war' theory of Christianity?"

I have long been a supporter of Ron Paul. However, as we head into the 2012 Presidential elections, I feel that we desperately need someone who truly understands what is going on in our global economy and who has integrity. That is why I am choosing to support Ron Paul for President in 2012.

Daniel 8:25 (King James Version)

The last 3 ½ years of the Great Tribulation period will be a time of intense persecution for the nation of Israel. It is at the midpoint of the Great Tribulation period that the antichrist will break his covenant with Israel (Dan. 9:27; Mt. 24:15). The upshots of what will follow will be both political and religious. For instance, the antichrist will make a stop of the Jewish sacrifices in the rebuilt temple (Dan. 9:27). At this point, the period of time called the “great tribulation” will begin (Mt. 24:15, 16, 21).

Daniel 12:11 adds the following: “from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolation is set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.” In others words, from the time of the abomination of desolation until the beginning of the millennial reign of Christ will be 1,290 days. The extra 30 days after the time of Christ’s second coming is to judge the sheep and goats to determine who will enter into the millennial kingdom and who will be cast away into eternal punishment (cf. Mt. 25).

Therefore, the antichrist will stop both worship of GOD and the Jewish sacrificial system in order to declare that he is to be worshipped (2 Thess. 2:4).

Religion of the Last Days

The Bible indicates that the antichrist (or beast) will expand upon his rule from a revived Roman Empire (European Union) with his seat of power in the Vatican, to the entire world during the last half of the Tribulation period (Rev. 13:12-17).

Revelation 17-18 indicates that the antichrist’s one world government will focus upon economic, political, and religious concerns. The world today believes that the only hope for mankind will be a one-world economy, government, and religion. This would certainly make sense in an unstable world.

However, such attempts are a rejection of GOD’s authority and the attempt of mankind to build a 'heaven' on earth. A good example of that is in the ‘Tower of Babel’ event in the Old Testament. The beginning of Babylon.

The move toward a global religion is stronger than ever today. For instance, the New Age movement has infiltrated every area of Western thought in the business world, health profession, education, and even the church at times. Organizational religious unity and theological heresy are rampant in the current day. Islam is continuing to expand across the Globe with its history of pagan worship towards a moon god allah and the ‘falling star’ Lucifer
( ref: Isaiah chapter 14, verse 12 ).

Clearly, the stage is being set for the 'rise' of the antichrist from a revived Roman Empire. Only a few people of GOD, would debate that we are not living in the end times.

A Tale of Two Cities

“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of darkness,” writes Charles Dickens in his classic A Tale of Two Cities. The Bible presents another tale of two cities from Genesis to Revelation identified as Jerusalem and Babylon. Jerusalem is the city of God and Babylon is the city of satan. Both stand at odds to one another.

The Bible depicts Babylon as the beginning and continual nurturing of the kingdom of man (Gen. 11:1-9). The satanic reign of antichrist incorporates all economical, political, religious, and social aspects that are identified with Babylon. Daniel describes Babylon as the beginning of the Gentile kingdoms that will dominate earth’s history during the “times of the Gentiles” (Dan. 2, 7; Jer. 30:7; Luke. 21:24). This period will not end until Christ returns to the earth in judgment.

Babylon will be revived in the end times to play a significant role in the Great Tribulation (Rev. 14:8; 16:19; 17-18).

Revelation 17-18 depicts Babylon as the fountainhead of all godless economy, government, and religion. Nearly all ungodliness during the Tribulation period is connected to Babylon.

The apostle John writes / speaks of “Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth” (Rev. 17:5). Babylon, or antichrist’s harlot, is the “mother” of all false religion in the end times from Genesis 11 to Revelation 17. All the religions of the world, including an apostate Christianity, will unite with ecclesiastical Babylon during the Tribulation period (Rev. 17).

Nevertheless, GOD at the end of the Great Tribulation will judge these false religions.

The Satanic Trinity

The Satanic trinity will be a counterfeit of the true and living GOD. Satan (representing God the Father), Antichrist (representing God the Son), and the False Prophet (representing God the Holy Spirit) will comprise this false trinity.

The antichrist and the false prophet will work together to encompass a one world government and religion.

The false prophet (or “another beast”) will be the spokesperson for the antichrist (Rev. 16:13; 19:20; 20:10). It is written of the false prophet: “he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image” (Rev. 19:20). He deceives the world through “signs and wonders” to worship the first beast (antichrist).

It is near the end of the Great Tribulation that the antichrist grows weary of the counterfeit religion and makes “her desolate, and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire” (Rev. 17:16). Both the destiny of the antichrist and the false prophet are to be thrown into the Lake of Fire upon the Second Coming of Jesus Christ (Rev. 19:20). satan joins them prior to White Throne Judgment in Rev. 20:10.

Conclusion

Great discernment needs to be exercised today in light of these future prophecies.

The responsibility of each and every Christian is to share the Gospel with the lost and to be looking for the glorious appearing of Jesus Christ. Prior to the Great Tribulation, the Rapture event will occur. I firmly believe the Holy Bible teaches in several passages that Jesus Christ will save His bride (true believers) from the "wrath to come", and then finally the Battle of Armageddon (the Great Supper of GOD) will end the reign of mankind. His Kingdom (Jesus Christ) will know no end. Forevermore. AMEN.

Are You Ready ? Don’t be Left Behind. GOD’s Wrath will pour down upon the earth with great famines, earthquakes, war, disease, and pestilence to name a few!

Anyone refusing the mark of the beast (antichrist) will be put to death. Anyone taking the mark will be damned to the Lake of Fire. These martyrs for Jesus Christ will enter the Kingdom of GOD and be honored. Search the scriptures in the Bible and secure your place in "His Kingdom" to Come!

Don't take my words (a man) for truth, but study the scriptures with the King James translation. The inspired WORD of GOD. The inerrant WORD of GOD will never fail.

The American Red Cross has pledged an initial $200,000 to assist communities impacted by today’s earthquake in Haiti, and is prepared to take further action as local responders assess the situation.

“Initial reports indicate widespread damage in Port au Prince, with continuing aftershocks,” says Tracy Reines, director of international disaster response for the American Red Cross. “As with most earthquakes, we expect to see immediate needs for food, water, temporary shelter, medical services and emotional support.”

The American Red Cross has made available all of the relief supplies from its warehouse in Panama which would provide for basic needs for approximately 5,000 families. In addition, it is deploying a disaster management specialist to Haiti, and has additional disaster specialists on standby if needed.

The American Red Cross has an extensive partnership with the Haitian Red Cross, which is expected to lead the Red Cross response to the earthquake.

The American Red Cross has staff on the ground in Haiti who provide ongoing HIV/AIDS prevention and disaster preparedness programs. At this time, all the three American Red Cross staff in Haiti have all been reported safe.

The Haitian Red Cross was founded in 1932 and is one of the primary organizations in the country responding to disasters. Although earthquakes are less common, Haiti is frequently impacted by hurricanes including those in 2008, and the Haiti Red Cross has developed experience in disaster response due those disasters.

On November 25, President Obama congratulated the Muslims in Mecca who performed the Hajj and were celebrating Eid-ul-Adha. Very few Americans know what is the celebration of Eid-ul-Adha. What the President did was such a tremendous slap in the face to Jews and Christians. The President's speech follows:

The reason Eid-ul-Adha is so offensive is because it is a direct assault on the authority of the Bible. Islam teaches that Ishmael was Abraham's only son, and that Abraham offered Ishmael as a sacrifice and not Isaac as described in the Bible! Eid al-Adha: "Festival of Sacrifice" or "Greater Eid" is a holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God."

Islam is a direct assault on both Judaism and Christianity, and Eid-ul-Adha is part of it. Islam is specially against Christianity. Mohammad wrote the Koran and created Islam to replace Christianity. Islam is a direct attack on the Christian faith as a study of the Koran easily reveals.

Four fundamental doctrines of Christianity are: that God is in the form of the Holy Trinity; the Lord Jesus is the only begotten Son of God; and He died on the cross and then rose from the dead. The Koran directly attacks all four doctrines!

The Ultimate Sacrifice in the War of Good versus Evil

So many have fallen to keep these freedoms and liberties in the USA.

Every branch of service has given their blood and their lives to keep this nation free! We owe each one of them a great debt.

As a veteran I appreciate my brothers and sisters who have served in honor. I thank them everyone and I pray for their "immortal souls" as they are so precious to me.

As much as each one of us has done, it does not add up to the 'ultimate sacrifice' that our dear Lord gave when He died on that tree.

He defeated death, and provided a Way to Salvation for all of mankind. Each one of us can have our sins washed away. We simply need to repent of our sins, and put our trust in Jesus Christ.

When the Rapture happens, there will be far less people taken than is generally believed. It will be as in the days of Noah and as in the days of Lot. The last church age, that of the Laodiceans, is rejected-ref Rev 3:16.

Nevertheless, even though the percentage of people that will be taken will be very small, still the number will be considerable. As a result, we may expect there could be some airplanes crashing, automobiles out of control, wives or husbands in a panic, children left with no parents, or some parents left with no children.

Most believe the bodies of the raptured people will disappear. A few believe the bodies will just drop over dead.

There will be some "so-called" Christians—whose lamp went out—that will recognize the Rapture happened and that they were left behind-ref Mt 25:8-11. They appear to be terrified and shocked. It can be expected that some will be screaming and crying. What lies ahead for the world is the most horrifying and disastrous time that the earth has ever experienced since man has existed.

We can only speculate just how this will affect the world and what explanation will be given by the world’s leaders and news media. It is undoubtedly true that most of the world will not believe such an event as the Rapture really happened.

Babylon will be revived in the end times to play a significant role in the Great Tribulation (Rev. 14:8; 16:19; 17-18).

Revelation 17-18 depicts Babylon as the fountainhead of all godless economy, government, and religion. Nearly all ungodliness during the Tribulation period is connected to Babylon.

The apostle John writes / speaks of “Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth” (Rev. 17:5). Babylon, or antichrist’s harlot, is the “mother” of all false religion in the end times from Genesis 11 to Revelation 17. All the religions of the world, including an apostate Christianity, will unite with ecclesiastical Babylon during the Tribulation period (Rev. 17).

Nevertheless, GOD at the end of the Great Tribulation will judge these false religions.

The Satanic Trinity

The Satanic trinity will be a counterfeit of the true and living GOD. Satan (representing God the Father), Antichrist (representing God the Son), and the False Prophet (representing God the Holy Spirit) will comprise this false trinity.

The antichrist and the false prophet will work together to encompass a one world government and religion.

The false prophet (or “another beast”) will be the spokesperson for the antichrist (Rev. 16:13; 19:20; 20:10). It is written of the false prophet: “he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image” (Rev. 19:20). He deceives the world through “signs and wonders” to worship the first beast (antichrist).

It is near the end of the Great Tribulation that the antichrist grows weary of the counterfeit religion and makes “her desolate, and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire” (Rev. 17:16). Both the destiny of the antichrist and the false prophet are to be thrown into the Lake of Fire upon the Second Coming of Jesus Christ (Rev. 19:20). satan joins them prior to White Throne Judgment in Rev. 20:10.

Conclusion

Great discernment needs to be exercised today in light of these future prophecies.

The responsibility of each and every Christian is to share the Gospel with the lost and to be looking for the glorious appearing of Jesus Christ. Prior to the Great Tribulation, the Rapture event will occur. I firmly believe the Holy Bible teaches in several passages that Jesus Christ will save His bride (true believers) from the "wrath to come", and then finally the Battle of Armageddon (the Great Supper of GOD) will end the reign of mankind. His Kingdom (Jesus Christ) will know no end. Forevermore. AMEN.

Are You Ready ? Don’t be Left Behind. GOD’s Wrath will pour down upon the earth with great famines, earthquakes, war, disease, and pestilence to name a few!

Anyone refusing the mark of the beast (antichrist) will be put to death. Anyone taking the mark will be damned to the Lake of Fire. These martyrs for Jesus Christ will enter the Kingdom of GOD and be honored. Search the scriptures in the Bible and secure your place in "His Kingdom" to Come!

Scientists have been observing changes in the direction of earth’s magnetic field which took place recently as well as in the past. NASA’s website features a map showing the gradual northward migration of the north magnetic pole in the past century and a half. The sun reverses its magnetic field like clockwork every eleven years at the peak of the sunspot cycle.

The next solar flip is due in 2012.

This event could result in the massive destruction of life on earth. The magnetic field of the earth is not an accident of natural science. Its primary task is to protect the earth against cosmic and solar radiation. Without this field, life is practically impossible and in a short time, life on our planet would be extinguished. An all-burning, deadly radioactive radiation would torment the earth’s surface.

For over two thousand years, the ancient city of Babylon lay in ruins, hidden under the desert sand. Its downfall was expected as the Bible predicted its destruction.

Recently, a certain person in power has been pushing for its rebirth.

The Doctor Gets “Blacked Balled” by Uncle Sam

Dr. Hovind is being held at a minimum security prison camp in Edgefield, South Carolina. He has been there for the past 2 years of his incarceration. From the start of the ministry, Dr. Hovind sought legal counsel on the proper way to compensate those who would serve with him in the ministry. They also believed he "threatened agents with bodily harm" by praying for those involved on public radio ? Utter nonsense my friends! The Doctor was “Black Balled” and singled out for harassment, due to his “anti-evolution” stance. A gross & flagrant injustice under the US Constitution. I have seen plenty of evidence supporting the Creationist view point, and websites that show us that Intelligent Design is the only explaination for the universe with the complex beings that inhabit it.

One strand of DNA should convince you it did not evolve, or the biological information contained within it. DNA was discovered much later after Charles Darwin came up with his theory.

The foundation is a fantasy, based on a multitude of conjectures and assumptions. No hard evidence!

A good scientist never assumes anything to be a fact without 'hard evidence'.

Its ok to theorize, but when no hard evidence substantiates it, then toss it on the garbage heap, and look at the argument for Intelligent Design!

I hope and pray that the Good LORD will open your hearts to the truth that is all around us, in this wonderful world He has created!

You are special, and each one of us has a immortal soul. It separates us from the animal kingdom.

These two people were found handing out Million Dollar Christian tracts from www.LivingWaters.com, in the LAX airport. Forbidden activity from our Supreme Emperor HUSSEIN. Storm troopers arrested them in the act of Witnessing and burned

The Bible offers great hope and promises.

II Peter 3:9 says that God is "not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance."

Imagine you are standing in front of a judge, GUILTY of serious crime. All the evidence has been presented and there is no doubt of your guilt. Your apologies and good works cannot erase your crimes; therefore you must be punished. The fine for your crime is $250,000 and you have no money.

The judge is about to pass sentence when someone you don't even know rushes in and pays your fine for you! The court accepts the money and declares that you are free to go.

That is exactly what God did for you on the cross 2000 years ago.

Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Jesus loved you so much that he paid the penalty for your sin, so you wouldn't have to!

God has provided a way of escape. And that is through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

What must I do?

Repent of Your Sin - That means turning away from your sin and asking God to forgive you for breaking His law. Jesus said in:

Luke 13:3

"Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

The Key Signs

The most important signs are the ones that relate to Israel
because God uses the Jews throughout the Scriptures as His prophetic
time clock. By this I mean that very often when the Lord is revealing
an important event that will take place in the future, He will point
to the Jewish people and state that when a certain thing happens

In Muhammad's time, most Jews (and Christians) rejected Muhammad's claims to prophethood because he did not satisfy the biblical criteria for a prophet. In Surah 3:183 the Qur'an accuses those 'stubborn' Jews that they had already killed earlier messengers of God who had brought a specific divine miracle of authentication, i.e. that fire from heaven devoured a sacrifice. However, this claim presents a considerable problem.

Would you trust somebody who openly boasts to be a skilled deceiver? It should be disturbing to Muslims and non-Muslims alike that the Qur'an speaks of Allah as deceiving and misleading others in about a dozen passages.
